SportyBet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SportyBet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operating at sportybet.cash. By registering an account, accessing any part of the SportyBet platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

SportyBet provides online sports betting, live casino games, poker, Andar Bahar, fishing games, and related services exclusively to eligible players in Pakistan. The platform operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read together with the SportyBet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SportyBet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the SportyBet platform. If you already have an account and do not agree with a material update to the Terms, you should close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the update takes effect.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on SportyBet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SportyBet does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any point and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or physically located within Pakistan at the time of placing bets or accessing services.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. Using another person's SportyBet account, even with their permission, is a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits participation in gambling activities.
• You must not be employed by, or closely related to an employee of, SportyBet or any of its suppliers, game providers, or auditing partners.

SportyBet reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended until the matter is resolved.

3 Account Registration

You may hold only one SportyBet account. Creating more than one account, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. SportyBet employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Any information found to be false, outdated, or misleading at the time of registration or during any subsequent verification process may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for the security of your SportyBet account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials with anyone. SportyBet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

4 Deposits

SportyBet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically applied to your account by the SportyBet compliance team.

All deposits are in PKR only. SportyBet does not accept foreign currency deposits. Deposits made in foreign currencies from international cards or wallets will be declined or reversed at the player's cost.

Deposits are credited to your SportyBet balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits may take up to four business hours to clear. SportyBet is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• SportyBet may conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, deposits may be frozen pending investigation in accordance with applicable law.

5 Withdrawals

SportyBet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash within 10 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay within 30 minutes; bank transfer (IBFT) within 4 business hours; Visa/Mastercard within 1–3 business days.

SportyBet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond SportyBet's control.

Withdrawals can only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the SportyBet account. Cash withdrawals are not available. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are not offered on the SportyBet platform.

• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• SportyBet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud or terms violations.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money settled winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on SportyBet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. General rules that apply across all betting on SportyBet include the following:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds confirmed at the time of bet placement. Where a bet slip is submitted during a brief odds change, the updated odds will be shown for confirmation before the bet is locked in.
• Minimum bet amount across all sports markets on SportyBet is Rs 100. Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned, unless SportyBet's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-play bets submitted during a stoppage of play or technical delay may be voided at SportyBet's discretion if the outcome has already been determined at the time of placement.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for a payout to be made. A single losing leg results in the entire accumulator being settled as a loss, unless a specific each-way or insurance promotion applies.
• Obvious pricing errors – where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault – will not be honoured. SportyBet will void such bets and return stakes.

PSL and other cricket-specific rules follow the Pakistan Cricket Board's official playing conditions and the specific SportyBet cricket rule set published in the help section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

7 Casino and Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, fishing games, and poker offered on SportyBet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Game-specific return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available in each game's information panel.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or slot game, the game session is stored on SportyBet's servers. When you reconnect, you can resume from where the session was interrupted. If a game round was in progress at the time of disconnection, the outcome will be determined by the server-side game state at the point of interruption.

• Minimum and maximum stakes for casino games are displayed within each game interface.
• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. SportyBet cannot reverse settled game results.
• Progressive jackpot games pay out the jackpot to the winning player's SportyBet balance immediately upon triggering. Jackpot amounts shown are approximate and may differ slightly from the final settled amount.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

SportyBet offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, accumulator boosts, free bets, and seasonal offers including PSL promotions throughout the year. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all SportyBet promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from wagering with bonus funds may be withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet through at minimum qualifying odds before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable. Only net winnings from a free bet (total return minus free bet stake) are credited as real-money balance.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Opening additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses is a violation of Section 3 of these Terms.
• SportyBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already met the qualifying conditions for a promotion at the time of cancellation will be treated fairly at SportyBet's discretion.

Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to placing bets across multiple outcomes to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (bonus abuse), will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SportyBet and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or incorrect odds displays for financial gain. Any winnings from such activities will be reversed.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of the outcome of any event offered for betting on SportyBet.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to obscure the source of funds deposited on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any multiplayer game, including sharing hand information, chip dumping, or ghosting.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity during registration or verification.

10 Responsible Gaming

SportyBet is committed to providing a safe environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be entertaining and should never cause financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools are available to all SportyBet account holders and can be activated by contacting support or through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform alerts after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum period of six months. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period regardless of circumstances.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the SportyBet platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game engines, odds data, written content, and interface design – is the intellectual property of SportyBet or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the SportyBet platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of SportyBet intellectual property may result in legal action.

12 Privacy and Data

SportyBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information for the purposes of providing the SportyBet service, conducting identity verification, processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

SportyBet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification services is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Full details are available in the SportyBet Privacy Policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

SportyBet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. SportyBet's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any relevant claim.

SportyBet is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device problems on the player's end.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
• A player's failure to comply with these Terms resulting in account restriction or closure.
• Any decision made by a sporting body, referee, or officiating authority that affects the outcome of a bet.

14 Termination

SportyBet may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if SportyBet determines that maintaining your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

You may close your SportyBet account at any time by contacting the support team. On closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of SportyBet, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, SportyBet operates a formal complaints procedure. Written complaints submitted to support@sportybet.cash will receive an initial response within five business days. SportyBet's decision on complaints submitted through this process is final and binding on both parties, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
